Detail overview of Process and operation of the Cement kiln
• Analyze the refractory materials and their service life through
lining charts
• Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot
and diagnose refractory problems.

project lining systems
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and
resolving challenges.

• Fans performances and optimization (Kiln ID, Cooelr and Raw Mill
EP Fans)

Responsible for the health and safety of employees, contractors,
and visitors within areas of responsibility.
• Taking the overall responsibility of all the H&S actions within a
function (department) and ensure the required resources are
available to support the implementation of all the required
actions
• Working closely with the Safety Team to lead and ensure the
safety policies and procedures are well implemented.
• Coordinate with Production Manager about the field portion of
process studies, trials, or modifications, process gas flow
measurements„ and collecting and compiling all relevant data for
the purposes of energy and power saving.
• Monitoring the Specific power and fuel consumption on a regular
basis and planning to achieve the target
• Daily performance meetings with Production & Quality
department to follow up and update of the performance of the
main equipment
• Interfacing between operators and supplier process experts.
• Responsible for continuous improvement of equipment
performance, reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Evaluate potential alternative fuels and generate feasibility
reports describing optimum fuel blends with

Projects Experience
• WHR at Askari Cement Nizampur, Fusibility studies, initial process
calculations for power generation capacities, Major equipments (
Kiln ID, Cooler and Raw Mill EP fans) performance evaluation after
and before the WHR installation. Created a detailed operational
report of the both kilns.
• New Unitherm Kiln Burner. Selection of burner according present
system operation at Pioneer Cement Line-02.
• Raw Mill CF Silo flow control valve modification to control the feed
deviations
• Conversion of Raw Mill EP to Bag house at Chreat Cement Line-01,
Askari Cement Wah and Nizampur Plants fusibility studies initial
process calculations
• Installation of Roller Press on Cement Ball Mills at Pioneer Cement
and impact on production capacities of mills after rollers installation.
• Installation of IK&N Cooler at Ghraibwall Cement(Kids portion and
