 Conduct Store audit periodically & escalate issues & recommend preventive measure to Management
 Liaising with Security System IT Team in drawing CCTV Layout of the Retail Store and Following Up for New CCTV Lay Out/Fixing Issues.
 Dealing Court Cases, follow up with public prosecution/local authority when required.
 Preparing Retail Loss Prevention SOPs for the Security Team and for the Company.
 Supervising Shift/ CCTV Operation
 Managing Contract Security Guards
 Ensure Security & Safety Of the Airport Retail Premises, employee & Passenger.
 Liaising With Airport Police, Aviation Team & all other relevant department
 Supervising Warehouse Security Shift Operation
 Updating all the Incidents To Management
 Working individually or as team to achieve the set KPI of shrinkage reduction

 Supervise team members and lead shift operation.
 Conduct fire safety & security training for employee.
 Investigate all incidents involving guest/staff.
 Ensure safety & security of all employee/guest & property.
 Manage contract security & coordinate with all the relevant concerned accordingly.
 Coordinate with the local Police and CID.
 Update all incidents to Management.
 Solve customer complaint as per hotel standard.
 Audit fire safety & security aspect in the hotel & in staff accommodation.
 Attend all training and meetings for operation & career development.

 Ensure safety & security of all employee/guest & property.
 Conduct patrolling.
 Operates CCTV surveillance.
 Report all incidents to duty Senior.
 Investigate incident & update Management.
 Write informative reports to Management.
 Solve customer complaint as per hotel standard.
 Inspect all safety & security concern.
 Attend all trainings and meetings for operation & career development.

 Ensure safety & security of all employee/guest & property.
 Conduct patrolling.
 Operates CCTV surveillance.
 Keys handling & Pass issuance to workers/visitors etc.
