Major Responsibilities:
(1) Dealing Litigations on behalf of litigating parties at Judges Court, Sylhet, about Civil and Criminal Matters.
(2) Give Legal Advice as per requirements of clients on various Legal issues.

(1) Drafting and Vetting of NDA, Joint Venture Agreements, Dealer Agreement, lease agreements, commercial agreement etc.
(2) Keep records for all the land properties and prepare opinion on land matters.
(3) Handle mutation case, settlement issue, LDT (Land Development Tax) issue etc.
(4) Conduct registration procedure in registry office
(5) Follow up of legal issues (licensing /approvals/renewals) with concerned regulator;
(6) Draft legal instruments/ letters/Legal Notice for Corporate affairs on legal issues;
(8) Deal all Deed of Agreements & Contracts with clients issues as per Contract Act, Business law and Mercantile Law, Commercial Law.
