• Sending tenancy applications and uploading documents onto singable for the tenants to sign.
• Generating tenancy agreement contracts including renewals with the correct terms and conditions e.g break clause, term, rent deposit, standing order, permitted occupiers details, tenant fee guide etc
• Dealing with tenant references accordingly through LetAllianz to ensure the tenants have provided the correct documentation in order to pass before sending the remaining rent and deposit prior to check in
• Completing inspections and liaising with the landlord, tenant or management company if there are any concerns depending who is responsible
• Arranging work sheets to be sent out to the right maintenance team such as plumbers, electricians, cleaners etc
• Responding to emails and enquires from Rightmove and Zoopla
• Updating windows cards and digital screens with the correct and up to date properties
• Conducting viewings and following up with constructive feedback
• Daily meetings
• Sales progression from sales agreed to completion
• AML checks through Iamproperty to ensure I have risk assessed the vendors and purchasers suficiently
• Sending and chasing invoices from the vendors solicitor
