Responsible for all human capital based activities within the organization from both an operational and strategic perspective, such as: resource planning, talent management, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, and managing a variety of ER issues, and act as the first point of contact for all employee related issues. Work closely to support the Leadership, CEO, CFO, and all division heads.
As the head of the Vertical My roles and responsibilities includes:
Work closely with the leadership team and Senior management on close monitoring of policies and procedures. Amend any policies and procedures as per the requirement. Take the appropriate approvals and closely monitor the portal updation.
With Assistance of staff specialists, I devise ways to ensure fair and equitable pay rates by conducting surveys to see how my organization’s rates compare with other MNC’s in the same sector and see to that Accenture’s pay scale complies with changing laws and regulations. In addition, In order to keep everything falling in straight line I oversee the performance evaluation system, and if any redesign reward systems such as pay-for-performance plans.
Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for MNCs
