Responsible for all human capital based activities within the organization from both an operational and strategic perspective, such as: resource planning, talent management, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, and managing a variety of ER issues, and act as the first point of contact for all employee related issues. Work closely to support the Leadership, CEO, CFO, and all division heads.

In addition, In order to keep everything falling in straight line I oversee the performance evaluation system, and if any redesign reward systems such as pay-for-performance plans.
 Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for MNCs
