Manage the enabling works for a Private Beach House for the UAE Ruling Family. Oversee all aspects of the project, including all infrastructure, pilings (1800), reclamation of sea (2 hectares), foundation works etc.. Responsible to review and approve all plans, sign, respond to Technical Queries, Request for Inspections, issue Site Work Instructions, respond to Request for Information, write responses, perform QS review and approval/recommendation of all payments, review and make recommendations of variances. Chair weekly meetings with the Client and Contractors. Create weekly and Monthly reports. Manage the works on site.
Management of the construction of the Royal Commission Headquarters project, 19 story main building and various other smaller buildings. Manage the contractor.
Project management over 4 -5 sites at a time. for infrastructure, rebuilding of roads, drainage, canals, bridges. Labor intensive in partnership with USAID.
Zone Director, direct the contractors, direct team of zone managers and inspection team, the project management team and consult with the client on a daily basis. Responsible to ensure the project is on time and with in quality standards and budget. Review and approve monthly invoices ect..
FOH Coordinator/Package manager - Processing RFI’s, writing updates to schedule for all Front of house area’s level B1 to level 5. Coordination of all subcontractors involved in the finishing and completion. Conducting weekly meetings with subcontractors and project management company. Last project Burj Dubai Armani Tower, worlds tallest at 160 stories.

Develop milestone schedules for various projects. Develop overall schedule. Writing scopes of work for various trades. Initiate change orders, log of purchase orders. Maintain daily logs and photo records. Conduct weekly safety meetings and subcontractor meetings. Writing 3 week look ahead schedules weekly through to the project completion. Managing the subcontractors contracts and performances. Verifying the work is in compliance with the plans, specifications and local and state codes. Communicating/Liaison with the owner regularly to maintain expectations. Plan and schedule all work activities. Identify long leads, confirm buy out, etc.. Completion of the job through punch out and project turn over and owner survey of performance.
Project manage prior to mobilization, then move to field for site operations management. Schedule projects. Coordinate subcontractors contacts and performances, record daily activities. Process purchase orders. Oversee the construction activities. Liaison to the owner for site progress or concerns. While in the office between jobs I would often have duties of project management, including soliciting bids, buy out, estimating, generating overall schedules, writing scopes of work for the subs.
