Project in Charge on HVAC installation and Preventive Maintenance.
Scheduling for Preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
Managing different projects, Construction and Maintenance.
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
Prepare scheduled or necessary updates of construction activities and determine personnel and equipment requirements.
Manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance
Planning, coordination and supervision of on-site activities.
Supervising installation of HVAC equipment (AHU, FCU and VRF System)
Preparing necessary Requirements for Testing and Commissioning of Air-condition system.
Attending Coordination meeting together with the Client.
Attend and Comply with the Site instruction of the client.

Inspected project site and monitor Daily progress.
Assisting Senior engineers in monitoring Project schedules.
Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
Prepare daily and monthly report
Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.
Participate on Project Reviews, Planning and Performance meetings.
Inspection of project site to monitor progress.
Manpower monitoring.
