With having previously flown as cabin crew my basic role mirrored those at Jet2.com. As a premium airline the level of customer service I provided was of the highest standards giving the passengers the best in flight
experience.

As Cabin Crew I am responsible for our passengers safety and I am trained to deal with security and emergency
situations. I ensure that all emergency equipment is in working order prior to take off and explain and demonstrate safety procedures and equipment to passengers. I also reassure passengers in the event of an
emergency. I make sure that passengers are comfortable throughout the flight and attend to passengers needs and provide a high level of customer service, serving refreshments and selling tax and duty -free goods so that
their flying experience is a pleasant one.

My role involved loading bookings into our back office system TARSC'. Answering the phone to customers and suppliers dealing with queries such as flight, accommodation and transfer amendments, cancellations, taking
balances and general customer service queries. Conversing with our suppliers. Checking invoices and correcting any discrepancies that may appear. Supporting the sales staff and general office duties.

deliveries, general cleaning of the bar, glass collecting and t ill work/cash handling.
