Ensuring smooth operation of the computer system
Preparing back up files of the day’s operation

Ensure for the implementation, managing and enforcing of system security policies and procedures of the bank
Creates, modify, delete, enable and disable user profiles in conjunction with control department
Conduct risk and vulnerability assessment of planned and installed information system to identify vulnerabilities. Risk and protection
Ensure antivirus software is implemented and updated regularly
Ensure all backup are taken as per the bank’s policy and procedure
Train users and promotes security awareness to ensure system security
Managing active directory domain service as an enterprise administrator
Carries out any other duties as my immediate Head -system security Division order

Analyzes database performance indicators and recommends improvement actions
Regularly monitors database performance, backups, alerts and logs
Ensures that oracle application servers and related products are properly installed, configured and upgraded
Ensures the database backup and recovery procedures both on site and off site are properly designed, implemented and periodically tested
Develop and implements a database monitoring plan
Tunes database instance and applications as per the recommendations of vender’s support team
Ensures that database storage (table space, data files, extents ) and input /output distribution are properly managed
Assesses database capacity by monitoring online storage, growth and file system spaces
Ensures that database security is properly implemented and maintained
Ensures that documentation and standards of the database are set up and maintained
Participates in training of IT staff and users
