Daily cycle count, aged inventory monitoring, damage handing and claim etc.

Spare parts Materials Receiving From Vendor as per scheduled Production Plan
Storage process based on the Inventory norms and storage type
Use the Reach Trucks, Tow Trucks and hand Trolleys for keep the stock at their place like
racks, Pallets and Bins
Receive & Issue of material based on production plan with its variant
Dock activities like material receiving, DDR issuing, FOC basis receiving and other activities
Receiving AE, AF, Weld parts from local vendor and other plant of Honda
Plan and organise stocks in proper place in warehouse as per safety norms
Day-to-day Logistics Operational activities, Customer Service, coordination with service providers.
EBT clearing, collecting material from vendor through milk run process
Coordinate with concern for clear the damaged & NG parts from the location on daily basis
Plan, Implement & evaluate the day today Material Management & warehouse activities
Plan the Warehouse Layout, Plan Implementation and evaluation
Ensure all vendors are supplied material on time, as per invoice & physical condition of the goods.
Ensure the safety of the stock, and all safety equipment are filled as per date.
Ensure the proper labelling, proper sticker are fixed at goods
Verifying stock to ensure that the physical count of inventory tallies with book stock
Preparation of monthly yearly audit of inventory and prepare and submit the report management and accounts department

Monitoring Material Management in relation with physical material movement.
BOM verification, ensuring the consumption as per BOM.
Monitoring the FIFO and LIFO System.
Maintain the Personnel Records of the associates and submit the Skill matrix to the Top management.
Maintaining the daily attendance register and sending it to HR for associate’s salary process.
Material receiving, physical verification & GRN preparation in SAP.
Sorting & binning in different location in the warehouse.
Creation of Location No. in case of new material received.
Raising the claim in case of any discrepancy observed during the time of receiving the material.
Daily basis Re-binning for overflow material & Perpetual Inventory.
Picking & Packing after receiving the order and providing a packing list as per the service level agreement.
Post Goods Issue in SAP system after completion the outbound process & regular monitoring of Order to dispatch lead time.
System stock versus physical stock verification and control of discrepancy as per the policy.
Monitoring the Key performance Indicators on daily, weekly, monthly basis and MIS to the management on time.

Coordination with branch manager and status of the requirement stock for Branches
Coordination with Sales team to know the status of customer orders and pipeline orders
Vendor Tracking and follow-up to reach the materials on time at Destination
Providing the product catalogue and price details Distributors and Sales team
Receiving goods from our plant and despatch stock to our branches and local customer
Safe Handling of various finished goods without any damage in the warehouse
Despatching Stock as per pending order and customer requirement as well
Ensure the Despatched and Inwards stock In accurately
Inward & Despatch the stock through barcode (WMS) in the warehouse
Ensure all safety equipment is working properly and it is refilled.
Giving training to new staff and motivating the associates to achieve their goal and target.
GRN and Inwards the stock through SAP and other ERP system
Ensure inward & despatched stock as per system entries
To do periodic physical verification, reconcile with book stock & submit to the Accounts Department.
Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse, day today layout change, new implementation.
To monitor daily labour work in and work out timings, worker discipline at warehouse
Call the transporter to daily transportation and rate negotiation at warehouse for despatch
Maintaining the daily attendance register and sending it to HR for associate’s salary process.
Accepted materials are stored in storage racks / bins with identification tags for traceability.
