Do commercial and residential projects/ designs
• Proficient in latest AUTOCAD and Windows applications
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Do interior design as per customer specification
• Do bathroom and kitchen design for the showroom display and customer order
• Do 3D design using AutoCad and 3D max for customer presentation.
• Designing warranted products installed in a large number of residential and commercial buildings, hotels, government premises, palaces and villas
• Create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations
• Produce architectural and working drawings showing plans, elevations, sections, materials, finishes and other features.
• Making 2d and 3D depending on projects assigned
• Preparing drawings, material board and material submission
• Maintaining and up-dating records of drawings
• Preparing and submitting reports as required
• Performing other duties that will be assigned
Projects handled:
• Kitchen
• Bathroom
• Multipurpose / Vanity counter
• Cabinets (wardrobe)
• Custom made loose furniture
• Doors
• Making 2D and 3D projects
• Other projects assigned
Prepares working drawings using AutoCAD.
Communicate with engineers to explain different design ideas.
Maintains filing system of all documents related to drawings, as-built drawings and designs of the on-going projects and previous projects.
