work as an administrator for labor management position.i organize and update the information of all workers from the equipment used to the accomodation that they are living at the same time i also do the position of cost control assistant for the diesel and machineries record.every day both jobs i update to have a balaneced recording and passed directly to the manager in charge which is administration, hr and logistics managers.everyday i manage to supervise my subordinates in handleling the jobs in the site and coordinate with the engineers on there requisition of man power, diesel supply or machineries.i also help in the section for the record of manpower.machinery supply and diesel supply records.if the engineers in different section requested a supply or subcon man power i handle the requisition for extra man power.i also manage the requisition of diesel supply for our company.
working in extensive night jobs in selling electronic items to the customers in united states by phone at the same time i provide information and solve customer needs about a specific electronic items.i used automated information system to analyze th customer situation.i also recommend other products that can be a solution for the customer needs and give information about new products that just came out from the market.upselling other electronic products is our best way to earn more income for the company.and process the transaction for the payment of the electronic items that the customers purchased from us.
i provide chat support in configuring and selling dell computer product based on the customers request and recommend which product that i can install in there computer software or hardware.i also work on extensive hours and night shifts at the same time i handle customer inquiries and complaints.i do trouble shooting of computer system of customers.sometimes morethan 2 customers at the same time that i am talking to get a higher selling quota for dell computers.doing order status and updating the billing address of the customer from united states so that they will have an account in dell products.
