Overall Administration, Business Development and Support for the companies new operations in UAE.
Plan, design, develop and execute the Middle East SAP strategies in line with the EMEA SAP strategy, to achieve short and long term goals for SAP implementation across the ME region. Vendor evaluation and selection process. Build and assist the ME centre of competence. Develop and execute shared services for the region. IT management support for all the 5 Middle East entities.
Design the vision and driving innovation in the delivery of technology as a strategic asset to enable business units to deliver and meet their results. Establish IT governance in line with business goals, objectives and policies set by the organization. Manage the department's budgets, assets and IS personnel. Ensuring business continuity, and develop and train IS team. Full responsibility for all the 6 branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
