As a Chef de Partie and in-charge of the production I have the task to monitor all the quality delivered to us by the suppliers. I also need to monitor the wastage and yield of each items. We have 8 chefs that time and I balance their schedule of duty including their tasks. Being in-charge I have to answer all the 13 branches we have regarding the quality their receive upon delivery. That is why the quality of the items we produce should be good. I do weekly and monthly reports with the consolidate order of each items the branches received.
