1. Perform planned mechanical maintenance and diagnostics on Industrial Automated equipment's including Quay Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Overhead Maintenance Cranes, and Spreaders. 2. Prepare detailed report of the conditions of different machine and machine components before and after maintenance using Maximo CMMS. 3. Understand Automation System and Electrical systems incorporated into the machine for diagnosing faults. 4. Ensure maximum operational availability while adhering to HSE safety regulations and procedures. 5. Diagnose equipment faults, determine root causes, and implement efficient and permanent repair solutions. 6. Handle emergency maintenance breakdowns, assess the situation, and rectify operations equipment as needed.
