Operational Facilities/Asset Management of multiple projects including the prestigious Legtaifiya Lagoon gated residential community; Medina Centrale mixed Commercial, Residential and Retail Properties and The Pearl Master Community Infrastructure.
Management of multiple FM outsourced service providers across all disciplines, mechanical, electrical, civils and landscaping on the Legtaifiya Lagoon project and in house direct labour and specialist service providers on the Pearl Master Community and Medina Centrale projects.
Operations & Maintenance co-ordination of critical assets; initiated and managed the implementation of Computer Aided Facilities Management Systems (CAFM) and HSE initiatives winning the British Safety Council International Safety Award 2016 for the Legtaifiya Lagoon project.

Responsible for managing the handover and transition period from construction to setting up, standardisation and implementation of Facilities Operations Management systems of the AMER Group portfolio of mixed-use developents and properties.
Responsible for business planning and long term strategic planning documents, missions and budgets, financial analysis and report writing across all disciplines
Overseeing and developing a unique blend of Operations Management, Hospitality Management and Facility Management cultures and ensuring its implementation across the group, leading role in new Business Development.
Multi use resorts inclusive of holiday and residential apartments and VIP villas, multiple hotels; two eighteen hole golf courses, multiple public swimming pools, an aqua park and multiple shopping malls, general operations and project management of refurbishments and fit-outs. Initiation and implementation of electronic Planned Preventive Maintenance system across property portfolio
Initiation and implementation of Total Quality Management strategy inclusive of ISO 9001 and all Health & Safety initiatives
Middle East regional responsibility for setting and policing corporate wide goals, objectives and standards for the Operations Management function of the group in compliance with all O&M / Project Management contracts, Servicing the Principal and Managing Director with group reports, statistics and policy proposals
Overall responsibility for an operational multi skilled, multi-national direct workforce in excess of 1, 600 plus multiple sub-contracts servicing a wide range of clientele with a core business of the Operations Management (Hard and Soft Services, Utilities and Security) of BAE Systems Western Residential Compounds and workers residential camps throughout Saudi Arabia as well as numerous high rise residential towers and new housing developments throughout the Gulf region. Fully independent residential compounds including schools, shopping malls, sports centres, hotels and all utilities. Operational budgetary and organisational responsibility of all existing projects, overview of Costing department and responsible for providing technical assistance and oversight of the Business Development department

Complete reorganisation of Group Operations
Reducing operational cost base whilst at the same time increasing operational turnover
Setting up and implementing security training school to ‘SITO’ standard
Management of the mechanical / electrical element on a small works contract at HM Naval Shore Establishment - HMS Collingwood
Project Management of major refurbishment works over and above the small works contract. Further responsibilities included initial setting up and monitoring the PPM system, H&S, QA and control of all sub- contractors. Preparing CDM documents and costing existing and new works using Public Services Agency (PSA) schedules of rates.
Responsible for successfully managing the Maintenance Control Centre (Station #1) at King Abdul Aziz International Airport, Jeddah. Focal Point of all emergency and routine project requirements throughout the airport. Centralised document control, permits to work, engineering drawings etc. Co- ordinating all works with regards to the different work centres, airport authorities and the client.
Monitoring and controlling the Maintenance radio network, liaising with the Operational radio network and Emergency Services radio network. Preparing daily reports on all major incidents for distribution to the Airport Directorate.
