• Maintenance repair and installation of hvac refrigeration unit and electrical machinery. Maintenance Commercial fridge freezers and chillers, maintenance and installation commercial ac unit split type package type, AHU units and COLDSTORAGE
• Daily inspect the cooling units ( cars and coldstores refrigerated container van thermoking, carrier units loaded of ice cream product) for proper functioning of units and temperature to prevent the unit from breakdown, perform schedule for servicing the units cleaning, inspect electrical wiring tigtining, change oil, filters and electrical component,
• Carry out the repair in case of breakdown after inspection, perform checklist and work instruction by supervisor to keep the unit operational,
• Knowledge in reading schematic wiring diagrams, blue print knowledge of diesel engine
• Perform repair and installation commercial units freezers and chillers, ac units package type, split type, centralize units including AHU units,
• Repair electrical motor controlers, trouble shooting for abnormal operation of units, change all deffective electrical component, repair gas leakage of refrigeration units and ac units,
• Responsible of repair gas leakage of refrigeration units use of gas weld brase set, nitrogen gas, Recovery machines, evacuation vaccum pump, gas charge manifoldgauge, Freon R404a, R134a, R22a, R407a, R410a and R141b for cleaning and flushing the system.
• Perform pretrip inspection of cars cooling units, perform other if needed.
