Accounting Responsibilities
General Ledger monthly reconciliations
Playing the key role in initiating the computerization process in the organization
Developing good knowledge of financial accounting principles, practice and processes in compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS) & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Monitoring credit limits.
Preparing Monthly Payroll Statement for 300 employee
Controlling Staff Personal Accounts
Handling Accounts Receivable and payable subsidiary ledgers
Reviewing the monthly actual overheads with budget comparison report
Preparing & submitting statements of accounts.
Preparing Monthly Bank reconciliation
Implementing periodic inventories respecting deadlines.
Supporting regulatory compliance by working with, Internal and external auditors by providing accurate information, reports and rationales or resolution of any issues identified by auditors.
Everything related to cancelling, replacing and holding cheques from customer.
Cheques and cash receipt vouchers. Cheques and cash payment vouchers.
Checking the correctness of all the daily transaction entered in the system (QuickBooks).
Calculating of Staff vacation pay and providing necessary information of personnel department for calculation of staff benefits.
Preparing the profitability and cash flow reports
