Accounting Responsibilities
 General Ledger monthly reconciliations
 Playing the key role in initiating the computerization process in the organization
 Developing good knowledge of financial accounting principles, practice and processes in compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS) & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
 Monitoring credit limits.
 Preparing Monthly Payroll Statement for 300 employee
 Controlling Staff Personal Accounts
 Handling Accounts Receivable and payable subsidiary ledgers
 Reviewing the monthly actual overheads with budget comparison report
 Preparing & submitting statements of accounts.
 Preparing Monthly Bank reconciliation
 Implementing periodic inventories respecting deadlines.
 Supporting regulatory compliance by working with, Internal and external auditors by providing accurate information, reports and rationales or resolution of any issues identified by auditors.
 Everything related to cancelling, replacing and holding cheques from customer.
 Cheques and cash receipt vouchers. Cheques and cash payment vouchers.
 Checking the correctness of all the daily transaction entered in the system (QuickBooks).
 Calculating of Staff vacation pay and providing necessary information of personnel department for calculation of staff benefits.
 Preparing the profitability and cash flow reports
