o Provide technical support to the project on all Fire and Life Safety system and Facilities Systems.
o Maintenance forecasting and Plan for the Life and Safety Systems.
o Own the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures and protocols for the Facilities services (Inc. Permit to Work System and Emergency Procedures)
o Support the Maintenance activities of the department by providing specialist engineering knowledge and advice, associated with the full range of building services.

o Undertake Authorized Person (AP) duties for Facilities systems.
o Prepare and provide management reports in a timely manner as and when required Provide and prepare estimates and quotations for small project works as and when required Preparation of competency assessment and issuing of standing Instructions Plan, coordinate and supervise in house staff, consultants and specialist service contractors on the building services.

o Carry out manual planned and reactive maintenance on all MEP assets and systems within the client’s facility.
o MEP Systems and assets Preventive & Predictive maintenance (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, semi-Annually & Annually Activities as per the local authority or code requirements

o Leading a Team of Engineers, Programmer, Technician and provide all the related technical support and lead expertise information on day-day activities
o Ensuring periodic and preventive maintenance is appropriately scheduled & accomplished and emergency troubleshooting & maintenance support are readily available.
o Developing various computerized reports on work order back log, manpower and material utilization for the running projects and maintenance performance indices.
o Preparation and setup of Maintenance KPI’s & other related Performance reports.
o Improve work process for (Jobs, Service request, complaints).
o Coordinate with external parties regarding the Facilities Services
o Co-ordination of building surveys and input into the development of the annual and 5 Year Asset Maintenance Plans, Energy Management Plans and the Condition Survey
o Arrange any Insurance/3rd Party Inspections with external parties.
o Carrying out risk assessments and develop Method Statements to ensure all operatives and tasks are conducted safely
o Provide analysis and comment technically upon maintenance feedback from both in-house and specialist service partners
o Using MAXIMO software to implement the maintenance plans & all the correspondence works
o Ensuring the SLA stability & all the works conducted as per the standards.
o Verifying the WCR’s for the contractors.
o Verifying the Service reports from the site team.

Role:
 Fire Alarm - Sheild, Esser . Installation Programming, testing and commission.
 Fire Fighting (Pumps, Hydrants, Pre-action, Foam, extinguishers with Naffco Brand). Installation, Testing and commissioning.
 FM200 Fike Brand. Installation, Testing and commission.
 Project Scheduling.
 Manpower and machinery distribution and monitoring to assure that
project progress meets with the pre-assigned schedule to the clients.
 Preparation of Cost, revenue forecasting for the running project to
meet the achievement target on weekly and monthly basis.
 PTW.
 Preparation and setup of Project progress and performance report.
 Preparation of team competence and training sheets to meet with
ISO standard.

 Systems Design and Specification study to get the clients demand.
 Supervising the Installation, Testing and commissioning.
 Projects Planning, Forecasting.
 Provide training for the clients for the systems (Operation and
maintenance).
