Carried out all required avionics maintenance tasks IAW applicable maintenance manuals,
company standards and procedures i.e. troubleshooting and maintaining all avionics
systems and components and schedule and unscheduled maintenance.
• Supervised technicians/ trainee engineers in performing their duties.
• Certified all carried out tasking and release to service aircraft and components within my
scope of authorization.
• Prepare aircraft for flight to limit delays and ensure smooth operations.
• Responsible for refuelling, sanitation and washing of aircraft.
• Ensure required specialized test equipment and tools are serviceable and handled properly.
• Ensure equipment and tools are returned to their designated areas and properly accounted
for.
• Ensure that all maintenance manuals being used are of the most updated revision when
being referenced.
• Follow Company issued publications (Engineering Manual) for instructions and other
publications and internal memos.
• Follow safety management system procedures and appropriate usage of available
protective equipment.
• Carry out other related work as assigned to Avionics Engineers.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams for fault diagnosis, maintenance manuals,
replacing damaged or malfunctioning aeronautical components.
• Maintain good housekeeping within the avionics designated area and general working
areas.
• Advise the Lead Engineer of safety concerns associated with maintenance executed.
• Assist in carrying out maintenance alongside airframe and engines engineers.
• Assist with any other duties as required by the Director of Maintenance and/or Lead
Engineer.

Worked alongside Bristow Caribbean Limited, Cobham Helicopter Services Limited Trinidad
and then National Helicopters Ltd in successfully maintaining four (4) AW139 from its
inception in 2011 to 2019.
Worked in the electrical laboratory, where tasks included Lead acid starter battery testing to
recent standards which comprised of Capacity testing, internal resistance testing and battery
overhaul and cleaning.
• Insulation resistance testing which was to determine cable insulation breakdown at operational
voltages using calibrated insulation resistance test sets.
