• Responsible for overall onshore Materials & Logistics operations for Completions/workover wells and ensure that all the required materials are available on the rig.
• Planning of execution of new Completions/Workover wells.
• Manage and Co-ordinate systematic procedures to increase work effectiveness without any compromise in safety standards to prevent LTI, Accidents.
• Liaison with Rigs and Subcontractors to meet daily requirements.
• Responsible for effective coordination with Workshop, Land Rigs and associated contractors to prevent hold ups Materials.
• Preparation of all the cargo Manifest.
• As per well plan raise RMR (Rig Materials Requisition), issue manifest for outgoing materials, prepare and maintain daily RIG inventory, prepared consumption reports well vise and prepare report for OSD (Overage, Shortage & damage).
• Tracking of rental equipment.
• Arrange and coordinate the Fuel / Water supply.
• Arrange for disposal of surplus materials.
• Coordination of back-load requirements for return of equipment to vendors.
• Inventory and Budget Control.
• Saving the rig time by proper planning & coordination of materials movement.
• Responsible for inventory management, audit creation and analysis, and training, as well as assisting in developing and maintaining inventory processes.
• Schedule and perform accurate physical counts for reconciliation against the inventory system.

• Looking Warehouse&Inventory operations for 3 blocks in India. (Mehsana, Golaghat & Tripura).
• Manage the operational activities of the stores/warehouses across the area while acquiring & maintaining a proper merchandise assortment through ordering, shipping and handling the logistics in a cost-efficient manner.
• Analyze rig and warehouse inventory levels and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Initiate inventory audits, including cycle counts and full physical inventory.
• Inventory Management and accurate Costing.
• I was involved in material coding and cataloguing system in Baan.
• Missing information preparation & Updating as well.
• I have prepared Commercial Evaluation sheet based on received PR and submit further to SCM department for finalize.
• Continuous review of materials inventory to improve interchangeability, generalization and standardization.
• Preparing Asset details for static and rotating equipment and asset master register.
• Accepts direction and coordinates with Drilling Supervisor/Company man to ensure specifications of materials to be ordered and/or issued are accurate.
• Negotiate & coordinate with transporters to ensure smooth and cost effective movement of consignment.
• Handling the entire domain of store keeping functions.
• Involved in coordinating warehouse machinery like crane, forklift trucks & trailers.
• Maintaining all machinery like Crane, Trailers, Hydra, Forklift as per the company standards and requirements, using all the certified lifting gear, regular checks on the lifting gears.
• Preparing all material transaction reports in BAAN-IV, preparing material consumption reports per well wise for well costing purpose, preparing reports per month and financial year wise for F & A and audit purpose.
• Saving the rig time by proper planning & coordination of materials movement.
• Keeping timely records of Mobilization and De-Mobilization of contract/service provider’s material.
• Planning and layout of store rooms / warehouse that materials are easily identified and accessible.
• Plan and manage optimum inventory levels of materials or inventory according to the desired specification.
• Ensure supplier compliance with Company safety rules.
• Co-ordination with administration department to get the necessary approvals / permits/ licenses for import and export goods.
• Arrange for disposal of surplus materials.
