• Partner with Business Unit Leaders/Line Managers to provide support to
build their people capability and manage talent
• Accountable for the development, execution and improvement of HR
programs and processes - Performance Management program, Buddy
program, monthly engagement programs, Reward & Recognition
programs, Disciplinary investigations/actions etc.
• Support with manpower analysis / organizational design to increase
productivity and improve performance
• Enforce the development and improvement of people policies
• Lead as interim HR Manager and provide support to Business Units/ Companies (Restaurants, Distribution, Technology, Others) and Senior Leadership team
• Accountable for the development and execution of HR programs and processes across multiple entities - implementation of performance management program, Learning & development programs, Oracle initiation rollout, employee classification redesign, diversity and talent management
• Lead the Onboarding & Learning and Development team
• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement including Internships, Onboarding, Mentorship, Buddy programs etc.
• Partner and coach line managers in key HR systems and processes (recruitment, selection, performance management, talent management, disciplinary investigations/actions etc.) and continuously improve HR practices/processes
• Partner with HR Central Functions (recruiting, employee relations,
compensation and benefits, Training, etc. to deliver processes to meet
business objectives
• Manage the complete HR activities of a region - Managing recruitment, contracts, employee grievance, payroll, attendance, leaves, exit formalities etc.
• Manage the process training design, delivery and continuous improvement for the Crew, Sales team, Account Management team and Business Development Team
• Creation of Training Calendar and delivering soft skill training programs
• Onboarding for New Employees and measure effectiveness of all training programs
• Creation and updating of all company policies
• Guidance, monitoring and ensuring the completion of the performance management program for the teams on a quarterly basis
• Leading and supporting various HR Initiatives - performance management, employee development etc.
• Effectively handle and resolve employee grievances
• Monthly running of engagement activities for the company
• Quarterly survey and tracking of Employment happiness and engagement
Corporate Training
Roles and Responsibilities
* Meeting with Prospective clients to improve our sales in Corporate Trainings
* Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies,
techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices
* Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of all the soft skill training
programs
* Recruitment services from sourcing to interview depending on client requirements
* Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs
* Prepare training materials, drafts, outlines or course documents as assigned
Roles and Responsibilities
* Support business partner growth initiatives. Support seamless transition of new processes
within Sales Audit Operations teams. Drive operations governance to ensure strong
controls and financial results are accurate and on-time
* Recruitment of Team Members for the team and conduct trainings
* Vice-Captain of Community Relations initiative. Organize/participate community service
events
* Quality Audit of calls and e-mails pertaining to Target.com website
* Successfully conducted trainings and Quality checks at vendor sites (24/7, VCustomer)
* Assisting the Quality team by having Quality Audit checks done for the team when
required

* Maintaining the customer service etiquettes on the calls and assisting customers
* Managing the home mortgage payments for customers to prevent foreclosure of their
homes and to catch up with their payments by offering various payment plans suitable
