• Ensure Warehouse team compliance to all HSE procedures and process
• Drive all Warehouse team HSE tasks completion as per due dates and ensure supervision is prioritizing assigned HSE tasks
• Define all SKUs and variants and barcoding inventory software system
• Define your barcodes for Barcoding Inventory.
• Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Maintaining store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
• Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
• Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records
• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing the program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintaining inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
