- Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
- Advise and discuss various opportunities of property services.
- Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: leasing, sale, re-sale, property valuation, …etc) professionally, to maintain a high standard of service, and to update the Sales Excel Sheet constantly.
- Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
- Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.

Researches, prospects, obtain leads and develop new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets
• Captures leads and prospects and maintains a database for such prospects
• Ensures sales orders are created in Oracle and all milestones updated for all deals closed
• Ensures all customer information is captured and recorded accurately in Oracle
• Validates and verifies all documentation submitted by the customers, prior to processing a sale to ensure compliance with the policy at all times
• Updates of the competitors pricing and other initiatives
• Prospects and meets clients outside the sales office by scheduling meetings in a way that does not affect sales center operations
• Conducts viewing for prospects
• Completes other assigned tasks within given deadlines
• Ensures compliance with the sales policies at all times
Event Management / Sales Launches:
• Represents the company during exhibitions and shows where Schon Properties is participating or invited.
• Participate in sales launches / events whenever required.
Customer Focus / Management:
• Maintains and develops business with existing customers.
• Handles all customers in a professional manner.
• Follows-up with own customers for signing sales agreements.
• Provides customers information on legalities of purchasing property through Schon Properties in UAE and International.
• Promptly responds to all inquiries received.
• Ensures high level of customer service.
Reports:
• Creates pipeline reports for submission to line manager
-Assist clients with property sales and development
-Hold open house inspections, instructing clients on best practices for selling success and liaising between renters/owners and prospective buyers for property inspections
-Preparation of legal documents including listings and sales contracts
-Provide legal, economic and market advice to prospective clients
-Liaise with lenders, home inspectors and pest controllers prior to contract negotiations
-Ensuring terms and conditions of agreements are met
-Maintaining and liaising with clients, building relationships with clients to encourage returning business
-Coordinate property closings and overseeing document signing
-Analyze market trends to determine competitive market prices
