Managing the CAFM Evolution application and making sure that all the CAFM operations
are run smoothly
* Gathering requirement from clients for the assets and uploading in CAFM Evo app for
processing
* Issuing PPM in CAFM Evo application and making sure work orders are closed on time.
* FSI Mobility application administration. Creating user, assigning privileges to the users
* Business application support and hands on it to train the end user on the roles
* Conducting training on business applications for users
Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed.
* Support the Facilities Manager with external contacts as needed.
* Planning/scheduling preventative/reactive maintenance. (Hard & Soft FM)
* Maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work
orders, and maintenance history of equipment. Prepare monthly Maintenance reports.
* Manages a team of outsourced maintenance contractors and ensures that maintenance
contractors are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance
program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost Effective manner.
* Be responsible for the testing of fire alarms, emergency lighting etc. on a routine basis as
required by local authorities and Fire Service.
* Be available to initiate emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours, as
required for: full power failure, evacuation fire system reset and / or failure of mechanical
systems etc.
* Carry out holistic portfolio survey to assess Office units for remedial maintenance, supervise
refurbishment / mini project works and prepare reports as requested
* Handling day to day queries related to facility management and arranging for proper fixes
* Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising
administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash,
courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, etc.
* Monitors and reviews progress of contractual agreements, checks invoices for payment,
resolves any problems that arise, performs post contract evaluations, creates and maintains
procurement records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
* Prepare purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and
supplies, send them to the suppliers
* Provide administrative support to the Facilities team.

* Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
and trends
* Develops call center systems by developing customer interaction and voice response
systems, and voice networks; designing user interfaces; developing and executing user
acceptance test plans; planning and controlling implementation
* Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
* Provide Customer support at Concordia DMCC to JLT Property clients
* Handle the complaints via phone & email and communicate with the relative department to
resolve the issue of a client.

carry out the work in the residence with their approval
