Leading independent startup feeder operator in the region owned by PIF. I spearhead the development and management of all financial functions. This included crafting financial plans and strategies that fuel our rapid growth. I play a key role in securing a significant funding round and oversaw the implementation of ERP system, boosting efficiency across the company. Furthermore, I ensure strict adherence to GAZT regulations, including VAT and Withholding Tax, while championing strong corporate governance principles within the Board and our daily operations.

• Responsible for the Finance Transformation Activities for all 6 Clusters in Western Region.
• Support all 6 CFOs at clusters in building their strategy, reporting and maintain the transformation view of the clusters from a finance perspective in terms of functional changes, KPI’s and gateway requirements
• Channel expertise to the clusters from within the system and other agencies as might be required
• Assistance clusters for the development of their business cases, operating model, and in areas of sub-optimal performance for financial operations
• Manage budgeting and financial planning for the BUs for both identification and release of transformation funds
• Support the cluster in financial planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring of clusters
• Assume the role of mentoring and knowledge transfer to the Finance Staff.

Objective:
To lead, establish, develop, and manage the finance functions of the company including financial planning, developing financial strategies, financial growth, and developing a relationship with strategic financial with all parties as MoF Ministry of Finance to secure funds of project cost 4B SAR, fulfill the requirements of the Audit Bureau, Managing the ERP implementation, apply the regulatory requirements from GAZT - Value Added Tax, Property Tax, Withholding Tax, and ensure the Adherence to Corporate Governance Principles within the Board of Directors and the Company Practice.

- Plan and develop strategic company’s financial strategies in line with the company’s business strategy.
- Lead company’s business plans with respect to financial growth and business expansion via production\Sales plans.
- Act as a key stakeholder in business development and expansion plans and creating profit centers for the company.
- Ensure preparation of financial model and financial feasibility for new projects.
- Strengthen company presence in the market by developing strategic relationships with SIDF, and banks.
- Ensure budgeting, monitoring and assist management in the formulation of strategic direction.
- Advise management for corporate policies and procedures.
- Handling Zakat and Tax Authorities, Prepare and analyze financial statements of FGOC
- Liaison with Internal Audit Committee and manage audit queries, observations, objections, and report
- Manage and review the matters related to L/Cs.
- Ensure that all payments are made under Company’s financial policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
- Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
- Conduct financial reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Develop and review refinancing and restructuring strategies, as well as execution and closing on investments re-financings and exits.
- Participate with the sales team in preparing and updating research about our share market and targeted customers.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.

- Ensure that high quality, accurate and insightful financial information and advice is provided to the CEO, and externally as required for compliance purposes.
- Provide advice and guidance to the CEO, the Senior Management Team, and the Board of Directors concerning the long-term capital projects (CAPEX).
- Lead the consolidation of WR NWC’s budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Oversee all treasury operations and external relations, Guide and direct financial planning function and the delivery of accurate and timely financial decision support analysis, to facilitate achievement of annual financial performance.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal departments and external entities such as external auditors, MoF, NTP, Banks, contractors, and third-party service providers, etc.
- Ensure Audit compliance (internal & external)
- Report risk issues to the Senior Management Team, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.

- Deputy of Western Region Senior Finance Manager across 3BU's - Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif
- Developing and maintaining NWC financial policies and procedures.
- Maintaining risk management activities relating to finance key transactions and processes.
- Prepare all supporting info. for the annual audit and liaise with the Board's Audit Committee.
- Monitoring the implementation of all internal & external audit recommendations affecting to finance.
- Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure properly recorded, amortized, and disposed.
- Planning annual budget & forecasts (CAPEX, OPEX, Staff cost and PPE)
- Controlling the budget of 4B SAR per year.
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements.
- Fulfill DMR, MMR and annual reports with related KPI's
- Play a key role in cost reduction committee that led to minimizing the cost up to 200M SAR less.
- Leading closure process and ensure that GL with sub-ledgers AP, AR and FA closed on time.
