Urban Development Plan for Yanbu, Umluj, Al-Wajh & Duba

• Contributed to regional and local planning across four governorates, aligned with Vision 2030 and
adjacent giga-projects.
• Supported baseline assessments, GIS mapping, and spatial diagnostics covering environment,
economy, mobility, housing, and infrastructure.
• Assisted in preparing the Sub-Regional Framework Plan and Local Plans, including zoning structure,
growth management, and land-use strategies.
• Analyzed demographic, economic, and land-demand scenarios to inform long-term spatial directions.
• Coordinated with 10+ ministries, authorities, and PIF entities to align sectoral inputs and development
priorities.
• Helped prepare plan visualizations, mapping atlases, and inputs for the Strategic Environmental
