• Well Experienced in process operation and maintenance of HBF (Hyper
Baric Filter) in JSW Steel Ltd through ANDRITZ Separation India Pvt
Ltd.
• As a shift in charge shall be responsible for operation of HBF for the entire
plant
• Provide all required work permits to carry out the process
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of
process & utility equipments like pumps, compressors, valves, agitators,
Thickeners, Cooling towers and Hydraulic units.
• Repair &Reclamation of spares like, pumps, valves, compressors, and
Hydraulic Unit.
• Distributing daily unplanned jobs to Technicians and Operators effectively.
• Prepare and execute preventative Maintenance schedule.
• Executing monthly planned shutdown with Electrical and Mechanical team
based on daily abnormalities.
• General inspection and Condition Monitoring of the Equipments and take
the corrective actions if abnormalities observed to avoid the break down.
• Monitoring the lubrication of machineries for avoiding wear and tear.
• Focus on safe, efficient, reliable maintenance for operation of equipment
to ensure the production with optimum quality and maximum yield.
• Reduced Consumption costs by repair and reclamation of spares.
• Reduce the Down time by planned works for pre-schedule shutdown and
Created man hour estimates and complete the works at estimated hours
without any faults.
• Reporting to higher management for breakdown, shutdown,
maintenance, and documentation reports.
