➢ Attending direct prepaid distributors calls and resolving the issue by taking necessary steps.
➢ Handling all types of prepaid queries with telephonic ethics.
➢ Communications with respective departments and resolutions as soon as possible.
➢ Generating prospects from general enquiries about prepaid offers daily basics.
➢ On an average 480 numbers data updating in system.
➢ OG barring & unbarring on daily basics within TAT.
➢ Report Maintenance on activation, barring & rejection.
➢ Deals with internal and external customers at all levels via telephone and email, to ensure successful communication via actively listening and probing queries.
