• Perform monthly income statement
with analytical tools and provide a
consolidated presentation of results
to be used as a basis for periodic
business review process.
• Work on annual Budgets and Budget
Revisions, analyze and interpret
proposed budget directives
• Identify & examine risk factors in each Business Unit &
promote possible approaches to improve profitability or recover from losses.
• Work on company’s Support Shared Services Pricelist & Structure project and produce several simulations in the process of implementing proposed structure.
• Prepare the monthly CEO / Country
Management Dashboard.
• Analyze and estimate landing Gross
Margin & discounts on shop level
based on historic data, current inputs
& trend.
• Prepare daily, monthly & annual sales
report with a presentation of the
movement of sales against previous
years & target budget.
• Conduct the IRR / payback period
study of a potential opening or
expansion for the commercial team.
• Adjust to management action plan by
preparing a comprehensive analysis
and timeline of the process and
outcome.
• prepare & provide detailed
liquidation plan of aging stock for
commercial team to apply and give
estimation of the company’s stock
provision position end of year and
profit / loss effect.
• Compile information to prepare
studies and charts showing prior,
current and projected revenues and
expenditures for Management as a
part of their analytical review and a
key in the future forecasting and
decision-making process.
• Maintain and develop various financial
models and standard templates to be
used by Analysts and Demand
Planner in evaluating business units'
performance and future forecasting.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by
collecting and analyzing account
information.
• Demonstrate appropriate working
knowledge of Business Objectives
SAP, and Oracle's Analytical Reports
and E-Business Suite.
• Endure excellent skills in Excel & date
compiling, reporting & presentation

Main Responsibilities:
• Organize, distribute and control the order of all purchase operations paper work (e.g. customer orders, order confirmation and shipping documents)
• Generating order and placement of periodic stock orders based on demand plans and forecasts.
• Verify pricing or enter it as validated & prepare the update item status, i.e. discontinuation flag at item level, at each change of season for validation by the Brand Analyst and Local Division Manager.
• Perform client billing ( Internal) - Monthly charges of storage and services provided for each department.
• Use data of daily operations to generate figures of monthly work volume in terms of shipments cleared, local & import supplier orders, items received, re-export packages, , etc., ,
• Sending LPO for services and consumables.
• Monitor the performance of each division within the department by producing the monthly KPI.
• To work within, promote and identify improvements in the division 's Quality Management System as per the ISO 9001-2008 standards.
• Involve in the Internal and external audit process and set appropriate action plan.
• Consistent data recording to be used as effective tools in decision making process.
• Communicate with accounts department and suppliers with relation to payables.
• Coordinate between warehouses, office and other departments to resolve queries.
• Carry out general correspondences.
