Receiving event details from the sales team.
-Contacting and following up with the client for any missing details, after receiving the introduction email
from the sales.
-Coordinating with the sourcing team for the confirmation of the available freelancers/hostess
-Checking uniforms availability etc.
-Arrange training with the client (for long projects)
-Share all the event details with the freelancer so that all tasks and duties are executed smoothly as per
client’s request.
2. Event delivery onsite:
-Making sure the freelancers arrive on time, perfectly groomed.
-Brief the freelancers on all operations processes as per briefing documents shared by the client.
-Being a support for freelancers as well as for the client.
3. Post-event:
-Checking that everything went smoothly with the client, by sending a ‘thank you’ email with a feedback form
attached to it.
-Reporting to the Operations director.
Creating job descriptions, advertising across job boards, filtering and shortlisting along with advising and
consulting candidates, in order to select and retain the best one.
-Welcoming new employees to the organization by conducting inductions.
-Providing secretarial support whenever necessary by entering, formatting, and printing information,
organizing work, answering the telephone, replying emails, maintaining equipment and supplies.
-Keeping employees’ information updated by entering and changing employment status and data.
-Handling travel arrangements for company executives.
-Ensuring all recruitment practices are in line with local employment laws and EMN recruitment policy.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure internal high potential talents are considered for other roles.
-Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services
-Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
-Recommend and display items that match customers’ needs
-Ensuring replenishment of the shop floor
-Monitoring sales constantly in order to meet daily targets.
-Responsible for the daily management of the till in absence of the senior members
-Serving customers at the sales counter.
-Offering face to face advice to customers.
-Processing exchanges and refunds as required in line with the company procedures.
-Handling a customer’s complaint in a calm manner.
