• Manage health insurance policy of 1500 employees (7000 active members) of Banaja Holdings and its subsidiaries.
• Manage and Minimize the risk of financial losses.
• Initiate discussions with insurance companies and insurance brokers to attain proposals/quotations in accordance with the allocated budget and present them to the executive management.
Oversee, Manage, review & renew
Health Insurance.
Motor Insurance-private & commercial.
Property/Fire insurance PAR.
Marine/Cargo Insurance.
Inland Transit Insurance.
Money Insurance (Cash in safe, cash in transit & fidelity guarantee policies).
• Assist property surveyor for fire PAR (warehouse) insurance about the company’s safety & protection standards.
• Verifying the CCHI/JAWAZAAT upload of the policy.
• Manage additions & deletions.
• Assist owners and employees in medical reimbursement claims.
• Attend to motor vehicle claims-Commercial & private.
• Preside over medical claims investigations (denied & rejected claims)
• Assist Finance and HR department with annual premium payments & payment schedule.
• Assist in setting the insurance budget for the fiscal year.
• Maintaining existing client accounts.
• Business development of insurance products across different industries.
• Visiting potential corporate clients for marketing and sales purposes.
• Coordinate with telemarketing leads with sales representatives.
• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Set coaching and training sessions to sales representatives about insurance products and sales skills.
• Monitor and report team performances.
• Consulting on the most effective cover for a particular need.
• Coordinate with the underwriting department for the quotations, location/site survey, and amend policies as per client requests.

• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework.

• Dealing with new business applications, assignments on strategy and implementation, design, and developments of new services.
• Verifying the CCHI status upon the member’s request.
• Targeting and approaching new clients in the market for Medical Malpractice Insurance.
• Holding presentations for clients about the products and their benefits.
• Preparing & maintaining the policy holder’s database and drawing meaningful inferences from the same for reporting purpose(s)
• Liaising & maintaining close contacts with customers and serving as the point of contact between them and senior management.
• Identifying services gaps through service blueprinting and ensuring delivery of promised communicated standards.
• Resolving all issues and complaints from the customers and maintaining strict compliance of the policy.
