Main responsibilities: Oversee local adherence to the correct uniform use of company wide production tools, systems and protocols related to audio/video editing, task management, scheduling and reporting.
• Responsible to identify, recruit, scale, train and evaluate team according to their abilities
and performance.
• Implementation of workflows, prioritizing shifting content timelines and coordinating the
availability of content.
• Monitor team schedules and help balance work assignment tasks taking into account both
global and local priorities to edit, QA, and finalise complied video versions.
• Coordinate and support the testing of production tools in development between regional
editing team, Content Operations and Technical department.
• Experience in domestic and international standards and able to assess the output of
content.
• Establish and manage client relationships and drive deals to closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, legal, and engineering.
• Brainstorm, identify, and implement solutions to deliver measurable results.
• Support the specific content leads (content management) to manage operation of digital/
online content publishing services.
• Support Group Content Manager in evaluating of relevant content partners that has the
potential to be exploited by internal stakeholders.
• Collate relevant information/proposal to be presented to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate content partner on-boarding and contracting.
• Manage digital/online content traffic availability as per SLA across all required channels
and devices.
• Communicate with service vendors/partners on content operational matters.
• Monitor operational performance of digital/online contents with regular and consistent
tracking.
• Assist the respective Group Content Manager in providing assistance in any disputes or
complications between Content Partner and Celcom either from a commercial, legal or technical where required.
• Researching and verification of Al Hijrah media directory, and updating the database accordingly in line with Data Protection.
• Expand Al Hijrah content into other sectors with the likes of VOD, SVOD, IPTV, Mobile TV (OTT).
• Developing content for postings on all designated social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Monitoring online competitor presences/perceptions, researching new channels and apps for relevance/trend identification, reporting “chatter” and other relevant online data, and maintaining weekly content management reports.
• Provide creative insight and offer solutions that support the multiple clients business objectives.
• Contribute to defining policy and procedures for managing the new media platforms, communication and reporting.
• Develop a link sharing initiative by forging relationships with vendors and production company.
• Ensure that Al Hijrah media brand is positively portrayed and well represented.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft copy for offline and online media.

• Gives report on the press summaries to the Chief of Staff, the Communication Director and
all the internal clients, and ensures quality control of the information conveyed.
• Scheduling and ensuring project timelines are adhered to while maintaining compliance
with corporate governance standards.
• Capture, edit and arrange for publication and distribution.
• Administers and ensures the maintenance of the Press Review’s IT platform.
• To making certain that the graphic/visual effects elements are matching with its programme.
• Ingest, transfer and copy material according to schedule, logging all transactions, reporting suspected faults to engineering function.
• DVD making, FTP uploads, encoding and transcoding.
• Servicing client expectations/project requirements with professional conduct and
proactive solutions.
• Assisting the Production Team to deliver high quality product.
