Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Marketing & Sales (International)
- Plan and implement various strategic initiatives to instil and sustain company’s profitability whilst managing its brand ownership for sustainability
- Spearheading Sales & Marketing on its business implementation on short - long term strategies ie pre / post-launch products, sales strategy, event & campaign, customer engagement & retention programs and sales mission
- Experienced in managing and setting up various international footprints ie Middle East, Far East & South East Asia
- Currently managing MYR3 billion of project's GDV on two high-profile projects namely integrated resort & destination development (4, 500 acres) and high-end landed residential (202 acres)

2) Land Commercial / Industrial Sales
- Drive business development & real estate investment for commercial / industrial land sales via own initiative or JV projects (commercial plot, industrial parks - SILC, Nusajaya Tech Park, office tower - buy & lease)

3) Communications / Corporate Branding
- Custodian for corporate branding and communication strategy via implemented strategies to strengthen company's position in local and international (Australia, South Africa & Canada) property market
- Implement various initiatives which among others - corporate advertising & brand promotion (ATL/BTL/TTL), social media platform, product campaign & PR
- Advice and support Corporate Communications in terms of press release (content management) to leverage media awareness on strategic interest
