Perform monthly closing of accounts and prepare supporting schedules
Maintaining fixed assets register, prepaid schedules and accruals Bank reconciliation and payroll administration.
Maintaining cash book, verifying and authorizing cash and bank payments
Monthly reconciliation of subcontractors and vendors accounts &arrange due payment
Reviewing and posting subcontractor invoices, vendor invoices, receipts, payments and journal voucher entries in Accpac.
Checking, verifying of payable invoices, site expenses and petty cash reimbursements
Periodic review of GL accounts and entries, reconcile the balances and passing necessary journal entries and adjustments.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
Letter of Credit documentation
Interact with internal and external auditors and provide the supporting documents in completing audits
Working as Project coordinator
Coordinate with all Staff to achieve progress in the Project
Cooperate with Commercial team to Prepare CVR
Prepare comparison sheet for any materials we need
Prepare the MR, comparison sheet, PO for the chosen supplier and following with him for delivery
Prepare agreement for subcontractor
Dealing with Any emergency problem and solving it
Working as Procurement
