My major responsibility collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out project files to the right personnel, workers, and stakeholders, supervising Manpower projects and ensures that all issues related to the projects are clarified and completed to avoid confusion and interruption during execution of projects, records of all project items, and sees to it that they are adequately delivered to the various departments as directed by the project director.
Major activities and experiences:
1- Distributing information to project team member
2-Assisting the Project Administration Manager in allocating block visas against selected candidates and ensure all Paperwork are in line with Iqama requirement
3-Responsible for Administrating the documents control system
4-Coordination with Departments Managers when conflicts are happened with regards to Employee Annual Leave, Attendance, and general expenses
5-Responsible for the coordination within visa agencies, company cooperate accounts and the Project Accountant.
My major responsibility was to defining business requirements, and translating them into workflows, the end-to-end project management of the opportunity study and its deliverable are under my responsibility.
Major activities and experiences:
--Responsible for supervising the implementation of “Home Automation Systems” as per the defined requirements, and conducting UA
--Suggest business oriented IT solutions to best meet and support the business’s short and long-term goals
--To implement users training programs by executing training plans, detecting training needs, assessing and providing training materials, to ensure the successful execution and to meet training goals.
