 Responsible for managing all project costs from start to finish.
 Aware of FIDIC contracts.
 Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for various architectural, civil, structural and infra-structure works.
 Evaluation of Contractor’s invoices, variations, claims, issuance of payment certificates and recommendations.
 Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
 Attending internal and external meetings with project team, contractors, consultants and vendors including managing contractual issues and resolving disputes
 Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
 Ensuring quality of all materials used on site like Slump cone test while concreting.

 Coordination between all departments like Civil, Mechanical and Electrical.
 To communicate with the Operations Team on site on a daily basis, understanding the work program and progress on site.
 Checking of site inspection reports for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor.
 Attending internal and external meetings with project team, contractors, consultants and vendors including managing contractual issues and resolving disputes.
 Preparation of QS Report and Monthly Cash Flow.

 Preparation of estimates for Initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.
 Preparation of Subcontract payments, variation claims and final account settlement.
 Preparation of Bill of Quantities on design and construct contract as per Principal of measurement International.

 Checking of site inspection reports for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor.

 Preparations scrutinizing certifying and processing of contractor running and final account bills.
 Measurement, Analysis and Evaluation of the works in accordance with the conditions of Contract
 To communicate with the Operations Team on site on a daily basis, understanding the work program and progress on site.
 Raising and authorization of Sub Contract variation documentation including evaluation of budgets through to final agreement.
 Monitor all incoming Sub Contractor correspondence and draft responses for issue, particularly in respect of matters of contract.
 Reporting to Project Manager.
