operations
• Prepare day to day financials, including
accruals, prepayments, monthly financial for the
finance manager.
• Produced, processed and posted assigned monthly
journal entries for monthly financial statements.
•Perform bank reconciliation. Calculate and maintain fixed assets records.
• Review & approve payment vouchers &
journal entries.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and
working closely with the operations and project
teams in analyzing margins, variances and
cost analysis.
• Prepare and report on monthly basis the expense
related information as per the budgetary guidelines
set by the management.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Account region wise
for Automotive organization
• preparation of Balance Sheet, Income Statement,
Cash Flow, Fixed Assets Schedule and Ratio
Analyses end of the month.
