To understand Project Charter, Project Scope & listing out sequential analysis on activities using CPM Concept.
 Deciding the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project phase.
 Brief understanding of all Stakeholders, their requirements and their involvement in project life cycle.
 Brief understanding of Contract Documents, Project Specifications and Drawings.

II. PROJECT PLANNING

 Prepare and update Baseline Schedules with resource loading and Master Programs (Detailed Project Component Schedules - Level III & Level-IV) in Primavera with a proper sequence and logic to ensure correct Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning.
 Planning, Organizing, Scheduling the activities using Primavera and monitoring the progress at site and updating the baseline program with actual progress on weekly and monthly basis.
 Ensuring adherence to recommended best practices such as the critical path method based on PERT.
 To Develop resource loaded baselines (Cost, manpower & equipment) and to supervise individual project Master Plan consisting of a schedule of activities, resource profiles or histograms and developing S-curves.
 Preparing & presenting detail planning information such as Gantt Charts, Manpower histograms, PERT Charts, S-Curves & consolidated reports.

 Identifying & updating requirement of manpower, direct materials, direct consumables and equipment based on 3months look ahead schedule.
 Developing of all planning & scheduling tools to be used in control, monitoring & reporting of project status.


III. PROJECT EXECUTION

 To update schedule and progress monitoring & recording through reports, Progress Layouts, site photographs and correspondences in Primavera P6. Activities scheduling, schedule compression, crashing and fast tracking.
 Analysing actual productivity against the planned productivity & to indicate alarming situation on weekly basis in case of delay.
 Responsible for preparation and submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
 To prepare 3-months & 4-weeks rolling look ahead schedules based on updated Level-III Schedule and work front availability status from client in consultation with Planning Manager/Project Manager.

IV. PROJECT MONITORING & CONTROL


 Preparation of 2week & 3week look ahead schedules and updating the same on daily basis and to make various forecasting/projections based on available data.
 To Prepare and maintain delays register and drafting the contractual letters to client (if any delay by client) and PM assisting for the project acceleration cost estimation & proposal.
 To prepare EOT Claims using Window Analysis and Time Impact Analysis based on the delays caused by Client or any change in scope of works.
 To monitor schedule deviations and tracking the delays, interface with the management & Client regarding delays to avoid Liquidated Damages/Penalty.
 To develop Recovery Schedules and/or Revised Programme when necessary & to perform Cost & Project Performance analysis by Earned value management techniques.
 To prepare activity wise micro schedules/target schedules and monitoring the same on daily basis.
 Visiting the work site (twice week) to take updates and progress photographs then submitting them to client/consultant in a proper way.
 To Attend Client daily/weekly progress review meetings and highlighting the progress, risks, concerns critical areas and activities.
 To report directly to the Contracts and Operations Manager regarding project(s) status, analysis and recommend solution to problem areas and potential claims.
 Liaising with clients, Consultants and sub contractors.

V. PROJECT CLOSURE

 To assist in preparation of Project Closeout Reports and Closeout Dashboards.
 To carry out any task that is required by Management.
