•Develop and introduce in-house project management procedures for construction supervision and management.
• review and approval of pre qualification documents and all material submittals as per specs & Contract documents.
• Prepare report invistigating problems related to the scope and to provide recommendations and advice on any potential variation to the scope, since it may create cost or time impact.
• Monitor the progress at regular intervals through site visits and ensure that the project is running as per program.
• Coordinating with project Architect at Office for preparation of IFC drawings.
• Ensuring prompt reply of all RFIs’ from Contractors.
• Quality Control and HSE : Ensure that all site activites going on are in accordance with the
approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) and enforce measures for the strict adherence to
Environmental and safety.
Maintain Quality of materials, Plant and workmanship.
Inspection & Testing.
Rejection - NCRs’
Removal of improper work, material of plant.
Default of Contractor in compliance - NCRs’
Review and approve working Shop drawings.
• Payment Administration:
Advance payment, Monthly progress payment review and approval, to issue payment certificates to Contractor, release of retention amount, statement of completion, Final Statement, review Discharge letter, Final Payment Certificate.
• Variation Administration:
Administrating all variations as per Contract documents, to check the source of variation prior to review and approval of variations, reviewing design change notices, potential claims and mitigating potential cost/schedule impacts.
Review Variations by negotiating change orders and cost/time impacts, enforcing contract requirements.
• Ensure fulfillment of client expectations by providing delivery of highest quality service and promptly acting on feedbacks.
• Time Management: Managing and controlling the project from commencement of Work,
Possession of site, Time of completion, Notice for extension Time, Cost of extension of Time, issue taking over certificate & defect liability certificate.
• Monitor and review sub-contractors’ activities for the progress and quality of work and scope creep to identify potential issues and proactively identify solutions to redress them.
• Liaise with the Managers /Engineers of other disciplines and ensure proper coordination among all
trades.
• Claims, Disputes and settlement of Disputes:
Review and manage procedure of claims and settlements disputes of as per Contract document.

• Green Building (LEED): Managing, controlling and implementing Green Building requirements.
- Conduct regular HSE audits to assess the compliance with HSE procedures & plans and initiate necessary action for the introduction of corrective actions.

• Completion & Handing Over: Scrutinize the claims put up by the contractors and issue provisional acceptance certificate (PAC) or Final acceptance certificate (FAC) and perform the project closure activities.
• Inspect the project to determine substantial completion.
• Review and approval of Contractor’s snag list.
• implementing of pre-commissioning & commissioning plans, participate in final inspection, review of snags and rectification of snags.
• Review and approval of As - Built Drawings, O & M Manuals, Warranties, Training, asset list.
