PRESENT DAILY SERVICE MANAGER ACTVITIES DOING IN KIA CARS -SAUDI ARABIA
1. Conducting Daily Meet with service Advisors.
2. Making Daily morning meet with Service Technicians on shop floor with service Engineers.
3. Making to take Feedback forms from customers during the time of delivery of cars by service advisors and analyzing customers feed backs.

PRESENT DAILY WORKSHOP ACTIVITIES.
1. Daily Conducting Meeting on floor to all Technicians and informing About New service Bulletins and Service Campaigns from NISSAN, RENAULT or Any News from our Respected HODS.
2. Making all Technicians to do Morning Exercise
3. Sharing Qc Report by our Tester in Morning meeting in front of all Technicians any mistakes they have been done on previous day, which avoids another Technician not to do same mistake.
4. Making Daily Each Technician To share their valuable experience in front of everybody in morning meeting.
5. Informing in Morning meeting who is the best technicians for previous day and
And encouraging him in front of everybody.
6. Maintaining 5s Activities by All Technicians inside the workshop

7. Allocating Quick service and MOD vehicles to Technicians
8. Maintaining Daily workshop inflow and outflow of vehicles and submitting daily Report to our service Manager and HODS once in a week.
9. Maintaining qc Report and submitting to our HOD daily Basis
10. Maintaining Productivity of Technicians and any body found weak, speaking and guiding him personally And encouraging him and making him confident in work
11. Making Qtns for MOD vehicles and submitting to MOD officers and Taking approval from them.
12. Delivering Boarder Guard vehicles as early as possible for Patrolling in OMAN Border
13. Maintaining Good Relationship with commanders in Border and provide them Excellent Service for Border Guard vehicles and making them confident that NISSAN SERVICE Is there to take care their vehicles.
14. Doing Time confirmation after job completion of vehicles by Technicians.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN SERVICE AS SERVICEADVISOr



1. Taking appointment for the vehicle on day to day basis
2. Receiving of vehicle s from customer s with customer voice
3. Preparing estimations to customers
4. Explanation of work carried out on the vehicles, and getting
Necessary approvals for any additional jobs
5. Communicating with customer for Readiness and delivery of
Vehicles
6. Post follow up of vehicles after every 3rd Day for customer

2. Submitting Accident Repair Quotations to insurance companies by customers/Fax/ insurance surveyors
3. Making Assessment of vehicle with insurance surveyor and taking necessary signatures on documents to start job
4. Negotiate with insurance companies and Taking Approvals for LUMPSUM Amount to do job for old vehicles
5. Following up for LPO
6. Taking approvals from customers for additional painting and denting jobs which is not covered under insurance claims and Re-generate additional labor.
7. Ordering parts and following up of parts with parts Department in
Daily wise and maintaining parts PNA in Excel sheet and submitting to service in charge daily wise.
