•Responsible for maintaining and installing computer networks based on Microsoft Servers 2008, 2012 & 2016.
• Installing, Configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining end user operating systems such as Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 & 10.
• Installing, administering and maintain LAN of the company.
• Proficient in handling, installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware from end user computing such as desktops, printers, scanners, etc. to active and passive networking equipment such as Switches, Servers, Firewalls, Storage systems, etc.
• Communicating and negotiating with users, specialists, suppliers and other staff.
• Purchasing, procuring, inventorying and managing stock of hardware, software, consumables & other supplies.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Maintaining software applications on the LAN along with troubleshooting and providing training to the end users.
• Installation & Configuration of End User operating systems, Network Servers, Storage systems and hardware.
• Troubleshooting software & hardware related issues.
• Performing incremental backup and full backup for the company’s storage.
• Taking Regular network configuration backup.
• Configuring and Maintaining the Active Directory
• Proficient in installing, configuring, troubleshooting and utilizing the productivity software’s like Microsoft Office etc.
• Working as individual and part of team in a fast paced, changing and challenging construction industry environment.
• Maintaining Network Security, backups, redundancies etc. for high availability of the network.
• Monitoring network engineering performance and ensuring system availability and reliability.
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Provide both Local and Remote Desktop Support.
• Diagnosed and resolved network connectivity issues for all clients in the organization.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining and configuring desktop servers, switches, routers, printers, etc.
• Maintaining documentation of network related issues, flags raised, support tickets raised and issues resolved.
• Network connectivity troubleshooting by investigating, diagnosing and resolve all network problems.
• Perform and/or oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrade.
