• Making a forecast with the project managers, make a plan for the activities (resources, testing and mobilization)

• Handling jobs of Power plant, SEC (Distribution) Medium Voltage Switchgear
• Complete coordination with all cross-functions within an organization and the frontline to the customer.
• Launching the project, meeting customer requirements, input to design department on the specifications of project.
• Site visits in order to feel the project environment and interface with other discipline.


MAJOR PROJECTS HANDLED: 1.Turn key project- CRISTAL (The National Titanium Dioxide) Project.
which involves all major equipment for execution of Electrical Substation

Duties and Responsibilities
• Project execution as per the specifications

• Complete planning and scheduling

• Complete documentation in accordance with SEC standards.

3.Supply of Medium and low voltage switchgear for Faras PP - SEC-EOA.

4.Supply of Medium voltage switchgear to SEC-WOA
5.Supply of Medium and low voltage switchgear to Jeddah Cable Factory, Rabigh.

6.Supply of Medium and low voltage switchgear for WADI PP - SEC-COA.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Kick-off meeting with customer to bring clarity to project scope
• Coordination with internal multi functions for process of design submittal
• Meeting with end-user to obtain the approval
• Technical meetings and change orders approvals
• Site visit for extension of existing switchgear
• Attending progress review meetings and preparing reports highlighting status of critical activities problem areas, and constraints on achieving planned progress, schedule impacts, critical issues and action plans.
• Handling bill of material and monitoring switchgear assembly
• Schedule meeting with planners and designers to update the status, progress and forecast of project.
• Arranging FAT with end-user and equipment delivery to site.
• Site coordination and supervision during testing and commissioning.

2. Retrofit and Extension projects of SEC-NW
3. Retrofit and Extensions PFC project of SEC-WOA.
