•Reduce cost of Operation & Maintenance of property.
•Prepare BIR & comprehensive rectification plans
•Assist service providers to prepare and maintain RFP’S, bid information and other contract documents
•Monitor & updating the Assets by using YARDI VOYAGER, Infor EAM, Fast Field software’s.
•Assisting and monitoring service provider to maintain the require KPI as per SLA.
