•Responsible for 8-warehouses, supervise all warehouse operations and interact with.
•Coordinate with sales and production departments and motivate them to sell dormant stock by providing the range of products.
•Communicate with suppliers, custom clearance agents and pursue the placed orders

Negotiated favorable terms and conditions, considering quality, delivery and price. Conduct a price analysis on all vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable and cost-effective suppliers. This resulted in savings of 12% approximately.

•Negotiated and revised contracts and maintained relationships with various vendors to achieve an overall average cost savings of 18% annually.

•Sourced multiple suppliers for strategic materials, thus lowered the prices by 10%-15%.

•Create credit account for daily purchasing materials, locally. Thus, reduce the cash purchases and increase credit purchases for financial convenience.
•Designed 8-warehouses and maximized the utilization of available space by applying the suitable storage solutions. Arranged warehouse in FIFO manner, which minimized the inventory carrying cost and facilitated to easy pick and stack.

•Developed and implemented WMS for raw materials, finished products and assets. And defined Minimum Stock Levels/Reorder Point for each item, which facilitated for placing economic purchase orders and minimize stock levels by 20%.

•Centralized the System, Standardized and unified the operations of Warehouses, Procurement and Logistics for all branches, which reduced manpower and unnecessary efforts of employees. This reduced the expenses of department.

•Implemented PIM (Perpetual Inventory Method) which maintained best levels of physical inventory and book inventory. And minimized Pillage and Ullage cost.

•Initiated and implemented professional shipper packing system for physical distribution, which reduced the shipping losses to 0%.

•Performed ABC and XYZ analysis and identified the FISH and slow-moving items, defined and implemented the policies to sell them off. It saved the carrying cost and recovered the material cost.

•Developed statistical Order Cycle and perform periodic review on Job orders, Stock transfer orders and Lead time demand, closely.

•Developed MRP, DRP and Safety-Stock strategies for smooth flow of production without any shortage of materials.
•Initiated and implemented the COGS & Gross profit reporting system to control the issuance against orders, which facilitated to monitor the issuance and reduced the material consumption by 5%, from total monthly COGS.

•Redesigned internal procedures among departments which reduced wastage and void excessive issuance and enabled the smooth flow of work.

•Assigned KPIs to each individual and monitor closely, thus performance of each employee rose and overall department productivity improved.

•Developed PUSH-Strategy for newly arrived items to launch and promote them in sales department by providing technical aspects and communicating closely.

•Applied JIT policy for projects, which fulfilled the project requirements within allocated budget without increasing inventory levels. And Reduced the overseas imports by “Make or Buy” decisions.

•Applied Postponement strategy with the help of R&D and Sales, unified the similar products, which allowed to reduce the number of SKUs in inventory as well as stock value.

•Trained the warehouse and purchase staff to deal with all kind of day to day operations within defined regulations with quality of work. Improved the team work among the employees and departments with the best managerial skills.

•Implemented ERP, by name Hisabat for Procurement, logistics and warehouse departments, and trained the staff accordingly. In order to improve the performance and control, designed more polices defined restrictions and advised IT-Manager to provide more modules and functions in ERP. And implemented them.
