Project: - King Faisal Air Academy (KFAA), Majma'ah, Contractors: - Nesma, Al-Mabani, Al Saif, (NASJV) and Al-Bawani, Sheeb Al-Jazeera, Salini (BSSJV). Responsibilities Working as an Electrical Inspector at Phase 6 of the projects, which consists various apartment, schools, clinics fire station etc. Also worked at Phase 2 & 5 of the project which consists of Airport facility and Infra. In Charge of the inspection and supervision of Electrical installation activities of housing apartments. Inspection of embedded and exposed raceways, laying of copper and Fiber Optics cable, installation of devices, cable, Racks and panels testing and termination, etc. Inspect material to ensure compliance with specifications, proper handling, storage and protection at construction sites. Site Supervision, Inspection and Management of MV and LV cable laying, Duct bank, Street Lights, Substation, Pump station etc. and AGL, Deep cans, Precision Lights, High Mast ATC Tower, Fire Station etc. at the site. Preparation of daily and weekly report and updating the progress at the site on weekly basis. Coordination with the contractor's QC team for the work quality and inspection.
Project: - PPA 30, Parcel 5.05, 3.09 and 3.10 at King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh, Contractor: - Saudi Binladin (PBAD) group Responsibilities Testing and commissioning of all the electrical installation including MV Switchgear, Transformers, Ring Main Unit, Generators, LV Panel, BUSWAY, SMDBs, DBs, ATS panel, BMS system, IPTV, Grounding and Lightning protection. Record non-compliance practices, materials and equipment and report to senior engineer for early resolution. Conducting site inspections as per the approved inspection and test plan. Prepare draft for site instructions, Field Notices, Observation notice and initiate Non-Conformance Reports NCRs. Witnessing HI-POT, Megger and continuity Test for 13.8KV MV Cable done by contractor specialist. Supervising the Installation of 13.8 KV MV (Switch gear, Ring main units & Transformers), laying of 13.8 KV armored MV cables, Bus-ways, Generators 2MW LV Panels (MDBs SMDBs DBs) etc. to ensure compliance with the relevant drawings and specifications. Supervising the installation of complete Photovoltaics (Solar system) as per IEEE and IEC standards to achieve LEEDS requirement.
Projects: - Hadeed Housing, SAMAD fertilizer plant (SABIC) Jubail etc. Responsibilities Joined Arabian Fal Company as Electric Foreman for SABIC projects. Worked at Hadeed housing project at Fanateer area at Royal Commission Jubail. Led the team of electrician for the installation of electrical equipment for the housing project, cable termination installation and termination of transformers grounding test as per the specification of SABIC Worked in SAMAD Fertilizer Plant as Instrument technician carried out the job of installation of pneumatic control systems, fire alarm, CCTV systems also did the job of repair and calibration of control equipment.
