- Partnering (HRBP) with various business units, enabling them to achieve organizational objectives by providing all HR related support
- Developing talent acquisition framework and managing recruitment & selection for the entire Bank, including strategical manpower planning, approvals, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding talent
- Working closely with senior management and contributing to organizational design for the entire Bank including definition of roles, processes and structures to ensure organizational success
- Evaluating jobs, defining grading structures, assisting in salary and total rewards benchmarking
- Project Manager for HRMS, driving implementation from concept, requirements gathering to UAT, production and ongoing support
- Managing HR Analytics, reports, automation, dashboards, management presentations, and regulatory submissions
- Improving employee engagement and driving engagement activities, conducting and analyzing engagement surveys, providing feedback and suggestions to senior management based on findings
- Driving employee relations by providing HR services, guidance to employees and management, supporting organizational culture, ensuring all policies, law and best practices are met
- Defining and modeling HR processes and policies

Back office: Human Resources, Internal Audit, Islamic Banking, Risk, Compliance, Credit, Marketing, Contact Centre
- Coordinating and conducting interviews, assessments, group discussions
- Maintaining good relationships with departments and candidates, ensuring successful business partnership
- Actively involved in achieving Emiratization targets by identifying suitable Emirati talent
- Gathering data, collating information, producing and submitting MIS reports to management
- Responsible for graphical design of internal HR communications (preparing and designing various videos, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters etc.)
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the department
