Oversee clinical / health care solutions development and execution activities in relevant hospitals, while planning and conducting quality management data analysis. Determine and improve data / documentation quality by using applications and analytical and business intelligence tools. Initiate complex clinical and patient data analysis to meet ad-hoc, standard, and project-related requests such as data configuration and system extraction to the compilation of the report. Establish and implement strategic data quality process improvements while developing effective processes to ensure data quality issues resolution and data quality maintenance. Deliver exceptional assistance to top management and involved parties within the hospital and corporate in upgrading processes around using data profiling, quality, and mapping to manage root cause data / documentation issues. Maintain quality standards and measurements compliance with HMC and JCI.
• Managed and improved communication between health information management and various hospitals’ departments that saved time spent on validating report.
• Transformed from manual data / informatics data entry and reporting systems to a fully systematic system using dynamic reporting dashboards.
• Minimised time is taken in data validation and preparation to become from days to hours by systematising the process and implementing a lean workflow with specific deadlines.

Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) National Project - Operational Lead
• Established and implemented a set of quality KPIs for health services development / improvement.
• Created (data requesting) system to be followed in hospitals and data request form to control and register all data reporting extractions.
• Acted as team lead in Cerner Implementation (Go live) process and guided / trained users to reach maximum usage of the new CIS system.
Directed patient's database project using an online web-based Pediatric clinical system (www.pond4kids.org) developed by St. Jude children's research hospital (SJCRH) USA and with co-operation with (KHCC) Jordan. Designed, maintained, and distributed a system of reports and dynamic dashboards to various departments and levels of management with a focus on achieving designated department goals. Identified and managed end-user requirements related to pediatric oncology patients’ flow using Pediatric Online Database multiple information resources (POND) and EMR. Collaborated directly with clinicians, researchers, nurses, and health information managers. Supported physicians and service coordinators in utilising and extracting information from the database. Conducted training programmes for clinicians and non-clinicians; prepared and facilitated educational and training materials for new users.
• Launched a monthly and yearly reports system.
• Optimised data quality by designing control tasks and tools and using system quality functions.
• Designed and implemented audit forms, as well as developed some manuals to help in improving the data entry process.
• Reviewed and cleaned up the (quick diagnosis forms) to be more efficient and more comfortable to use.
Key projects;
POND implementation in King Hussein Cancer Centre.
• Created a comprehensive workflow, process, and settings to organise and control all activities on POND which reflected on quality and accuracy of PONDs’ data.
• Developed a records audit system to be performed by management and clinician.
As a part of military service, I served in different places within RMS departments and performed many tasks like Registering & Coding Cancer Cases using ICD-9/ ICD-10 AM.
Designing and creating monthly and yearly bio-statistical summary, in addition, to supervise all HIM typical work.
