• Responsible for all paint shop processes at Nissan in paint shop in all process for paint application on vehicles and sealer, undercoat application.
• Responsible for handling process control chart application in paint shop to achieve production plan target and quality Defect per unit target.
• Improving paint techniques and motivates paint shop team to provide their best by daily follow up of issues and war room daily meeting.
• I am responsible for auditing and managing all quality of product at El Gamal factory for paints& May Trade factory ( Henkel and BASF) and industrial control factory.
• Responsible for managing ED&PT line in the factory and to help in improving the line and fast actions to fix any problems affect the line with my supervision on three technical works has the main responsibility of those lines.
• Handling test plan and test trial for any new material to be tested in NMEG till it get the final approval.
• Responsible for leading the investigation for any problems happened in the paint shop with other teams like MFG and maintenance till we found temporary action and preventive action for the problem.
• Handling the 4M change for any material or tool or method or man no. changed in the paint shop.
• Responsible for issuing SOP for ED&PT line and lab instruments and updating them if needed.
Technical solutions for problems and colour mismatching issues on line with great dealing with x-rite spectrophotometer.
• Handling the project of electrostatic guns in spraying all paints in NMEG to make cost reduction up to 30% from paint material.
• Introducing new coloured primer for plastic shop painting as a new way for process improvement.
• Establishing a system with all the competing formulas in construction paints for our new factory for construction paints to complete top competitors in the market like GLC & sipes.
• Putting standards for paint in all sections according to ASTM and according to type of paint manufactured and its usage.
• Checking customer complaints and respond on it according to each case and its possible reasons.
• Review and compilation of project quality documentation, ensuring appropriate Standards are adhered.
• Provide root cause analysis to non-confirming products.
• Provide guidance for formulating and implementing appropriate corrective / preventive actions.
• provide new adjustments on car paint formulations according to reducing the cost after being accepted from the mother kcc in Korea. Providing new formulations in field of thinners after plenty experiments to be produced and compete in the market.

• After multiple researches I have provided a new economic thiner formula to compete El mohandes thiner El dbabawith less competing price in the market and its going nowadays very good in the market.

• Worked on modification of our Grout products for tile and tile adhesives.
